Ordering and shipment confirmation:
After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email and a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please ensure that the email address entered is correct.
When will my order arrive?
Given the handmade nature of many of the products on this site, the order processing time is anywhere from two days to two weeks. If an item is already in stock, it will ship within two business days.
All orders are shipped from the U.S. via the United States Postal Service.
Once an order is shipped, it can take 1-7 business days to arrive in the U.S. (depending on where you are located and the shipping method selected).
International orders: Delivery times vary by country. It can take 1 week to 4 months for international orders to arrive(depending on where you are located). Delivery times do not include customs processing times.
What are the shipping costs?
Domestic orders: Shipping costs vary and are shown at checkout. We occasionally offer free USA shipping. Feel free to contact us here to see if we have a current promotion. :)
International orders: Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please note that there may be delays due to customs and other regulatory policies in your country.
All orders include a USPS Tracking number which will be provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Our goal is to get you the products that you order. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we are unable to assume liability for any loss or damage incurred once an order is delivered to the shipping carrier. This can be the result of a delay caused by the shipping carrier or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight.
In the event that you have provided us with an incomplete or inaccurate shipping address, we will do our best to reach out to the shipping carrier to assist with the update. We are unable to guarantee that the shipping carrier can make updates after they have initiated their service.
What is your return policy?
